Athletic Background
Megan grew up playing soccer, field hockey, and cross country, winning her school's Female Athlete of the Year award in 1994 & 1995. After taking a short break from sports in college, she entered her first triathlon in 2000 and placed first in her age group. In 2003, she qualifed for Ironman Hawaii.
