Team Nomad Prepares for November 2003 Southern Traverse

(4.16.03) -- Team Nomad Captain Scott Bek received an email from Southern Traverse race directors providing preliminary hints into the challenging course for 2003. Each year, the course changes to include new terrain and an alternating order of disciplines (trekking, mountain biking, paddling, etc). This year the course will include coasteering, defined as coastal foot travel between the low tide mark and the top of the beach zone (including cliffs and other coastal challenges).
