Team Nomad-Sweden Place 1st and 2nd in Winter Races

Winter racing in Sweden: Snowshoe, Ski, Ice Skate, Orienteer

(3.17.06) Who says winter is for off season training ? It's time for racing in Sweden ! Emma Wichardt and Scott Cole racing as a Team of 2 in two separate races this winter have placed 1st and 2nd in the Coed Divisions. The latest was a unique race in their hometown of Umeå that involved cross country skiing in the city park, outdoor ice skating and rappeling off the tallest building in the middle of town. The spectators got quite a kick out of seeing Emma throw herself off the building (picture to right).
