Victory in Karlstad!!

Emma and teammate Sigge delivered their best performance to date winning "Utmaningen"

2009.08.15 Out of 35 teams they placed 1st coed (and an impressive 4th overall) and were extremely happy and tired when crossing the finish line. It was a tough and fun race, with lots of swimming, so the life jackets were kept on during the whole race! The last 5 km of running was a “monster trail run”, that took over 45 minutes and involved crawling through mud and climbing over stones. Good Fun!
